How much is shipping?

Nothing. Tracked shipping is free on every order to Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK and Canada – no minimum spend.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo or short video. For a major problem, damage in transit or a wrong item, you choose a free replacement or a full refund – usually no need to send it back. (Tip: filming a quick unboxing video can make claims faster, but it's never required.)

Can I return a gift?

Yes – change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging (some hygiene items excluded). Faulty items are always covered by the Australian Consumer Law. Refund policy
