FREE TRACKED SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER

We offer free tracked shipping to Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand. No minimum order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or customs checks.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking may take 2-5 days to show updates after the label is created.

 

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order several products, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Prices shown at checkout are final for our shipping countries. In rare cases local customs may charge import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
